Job Title: Customer Service Representatives
Date Available: ASAP
Job Description: Receives, organizes, and accurately inputs data into CRT. Analyzes specific requirements of different clients. Heavy client contact by phone. Some interaction with Account Managers and Executives. Reports information as requested, to Manager/Data Administration.
Skills: Practical experience on CRT and PC. Knowledge of project administration. Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with client and other internal departments.
Qualifications: Familiarity with MicroSoft Word and Excel preferable. Previous customer service experience helpful.
