Each customer’s business has its unique chemistry, incorporating a mix of people, performance expectations, and critical requirements. The Hibbert Group manages this complex mix with a total customer satisfaction program, the Partnership Performance Promise (PPP). PPP is rigorous and detailed, and it sets a minimum “A” performance standard. It is very tough - and it works. First, we undertake an explicit understanding of your critical requirements and performance expectations. Second, these are tracked and success-monitored at weekly PPP meetings that include account management, managers, and supervisors. Third, at a monthly PPP meeting, the Management Staff joins with the team for a complete report and to ask questions. Fourth, in partnership with customers, we conduct quarterly Performance Summits. All issues are on the table. Together we refine the action plan for continued success.
