Special Employee Programs
As a corporation, we strive to provide added value to our customers and employees. In place at The Hibbert Group are a number of special, added-value programs that help us accomplish this objective. Work/Life Balance Initiatives: Your job is just one aspect of your life. Other aspects include family, friends, hobbies, organizations, and personal commitments. At The Hibbert Group, we employ ongoing programs and special initiatives to allow our employees to forge a healthy balance between work and the rest of life's opportunities and needs. Wellness and Health Programs: A wide variety of programs is employed to help our people improve their emotional and physical well-being. WE CARE: The "care" in WE CARE stands for "Customers Appreciate Responsive Employees." This long-running program awards employees for extra effort and going beyond their job requirements. WE CARE winners are selected by fellow employees. Winners receive personal recognition and forms of additional compensation. Ideas For Tomorrow: All of our employees are part of our commitment to innovation. In this program every employee has an opportunity to submit an idea to increase efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction. Here again, winners receive personal recognition and forms of additional compensation. Robert J. Moonan Educational Scholarship: In an effort to help our employees fund their children's post-secondary education, we offer this educational scholarship program in honor of our former president and CEO. Employees submit names of nominees and an outside, independent agency selects the winners. The scholarships are funded 100% by the collective contributions of our management staff. Mentoring: Having someone to look to for advice, counsel, or just friendship can be invaluable to an employee's success. Helping a fellow employee also can be very rewarding. This is the purpose of our mentoring program. All employees have an opportunity to serve as a mentor or protege. Be Aware: As a company, we are concerned with the quality of
our environment and urge our employees to do the same. In place are a variety
of recycling-related programs to protect and enrich our environment for
future generations.
